Former superhero Jack Shepard, also known as Captain Zoom, is called back to work to transform an unlikely group of ragtag kids into a new generation of superheroes. At a privacy academy, he trains Dylan, a 17-year-old boy who can turn invisible; Summer, a 16-year-old girl with telekinetic powers; Tucker, a 12-year-old boy with the power to enlarge any part of his body; and Cindy, a 6-year-old girl with super strength.
Went to see &quot;Zoom&quot; with my 12 yr old boy and his 13 yr old friend at the Saturday morning cinema and we laughed throughout it and enjoyed it.<br/><br/>I never noticed the microphone at all. I thought it was better than Spy Kids 2 and Thunderbirds as well.<br/><br/>Tim Allen is great and the storyline was fine for a kid&#39;s movie.<br/><br/>Don&#39;t be put off by bad reviews; it&#39;s fine for a laugh.<br/><br/>It WAS nice to see Courtney Cox doing something other than &quot;Friends&quot; and yes the relationships could have been worked more but children, especially boys, don&#39;t always like &quot;slushy&quot; stuff.<br/><br/>I think there was quite a lot of tongue in cheek humour so maybe people are missing the point!<br/><br/>Reminded me of that wonderful classic &quot;GalaxyQuest&quot; too.
