Attendance is a major concern. I expect Dynamis members to have no less than an Annual (yearly) 70% attendance rate. That basically means that overall you must be making a valid effort to attend and you have valid excusses for missing Dynamis. You can expect the Council to address your attendance. A decision will be made at the time concerning either a disciplinary action against you or your bar to the Dynamis portion of the Linkshell. Depending on why you’re missing runs will reflect our decision. If you're making only one or two runs per month expect an immediate decision on your membership to Dynamis.

Example:
• Did your work schedule change?
• Is something going on in your life? (aka. Personal Hardships etc.)
• Did you just want to watch a Movie?
• Have you completed a Relic with Rebirth yet?

I understand that real life happens. The council shall investigate your status and make a decision after the investigation is complete.

Personnel who have completed Relics with Rebirth and then decided to have poor attendance “less than 70%” or an "I got mine now screw everyone else attitude" shall be considered by the Senior Linkshell Leaders for permanent dismissal from Rebirth Linkshell.
