To keep peace and make sound decisions concerning Dynamis Actions to include but not limited to the following: Punishment of Members; Direction of Dynamis; Relic Progression; Poor Attendance of Personnel; Recommendations and (or) anything not covered in the above which needs to be addressed; a Council shall be formed.

The Council shall consist of Active Members of Rebirth Dynamis who are granted a Pearlsack in the Linkshell.
